Minimum Orders
Minimum order for Handicraft and Houseware is $4000.00 USD. Orders
less than $4000.00 USD are subject to a $100 order fee exclusive
of shipping costs.
Payment
We accept two main forms of payment:
1. Standard Letter of Credit accepted by either of our banks,
Lloyds of London or Bank Mandiri Bali.
2. Telegraph Transfer: 50% payment upon placing your order. 50%
payment upon final delivery.
Production Time Frames
As a general standard, allow 6 weeks production time for most
items (some less) and two weeks to allow for collection, quality
control processes, packing, and loading of the goods. However,
please note that production times vary according to the volume
of an order and the variety of suppliers. The Raja Anggrek Furniture
Sales Team estimates production time for client orders on a case

Quality Control
We at Raja Anggrek Furniture take our role as quality controllers
very seriously and exercise the utmost diligence and care in respect
to this process. As controllers we both inspect and report on
the quality of goods to ensure they meet all predetermined standards
set forth and agreed upon between the client and Raja Anggrek
Furniture. In the unlikely event, that the goods do not meet the
predetermined standards the client will be advised immediately
and appropriate actions will be taken on our part to remedy the
situation.
However, if time constraints are an issue and an urgent decision
is required, Raja Anggrek Furniture will determine whether or
not to receive the goods and then advise the client on all appropriate
steps to be taken. Our role as quality controllers is to be ever
present throughout the production process and to make wise and
sound decisions on your investment. Regular updates are provided
to clients throughout the production process and in all cases
we strive to give immediate and detailed information regarding
any products deemed to be potentially below standard or otherwise
unacceptable before we proceed to receive or reject the aforementioned.
Please note, we place nothing of greater importance at Raja Anggrek
Furniture than ensuring and maintaining the high quality of all
our products.
Our Role
Raja Anggrek Furniture role is to dialogue between manufacturers
and suppliers, research and source new products as well as suppliers,
place orders, monitor production, liaise with client and manufacturers
during production process, provide update reports during production
to client, organize the collection and inspection of all goods,
and provide the packaging and labeling of goods in preparation
for shipping.
We thoroughly inspect all goods and products prior to packaging
and shipping. However, while every effort is made to identify
any imperfections or defects, Raja Anggrek Furniture will not be held
responsible for any manufacturing flaws, errors in coloration
or discoloration, minimal size variations, or general production
errors.
Printing, labeling, branding
Raja Anggrek Furniture can assist with all of your customized branding,
packaging, and labeling of your goods.
